M&T Third Friday Exhibit Opening

Join us on M&T Third Friday for the opening of a new exhibit in conjunction with the Stained Glass Association of America: “On the Shoulders of Giants: Innovation in American Stained Glass.” Developed by the Stained Glass Association of America (SGAA) in collaboration with Judson Studios, this exhibit pays homage to generations of stained-glass artists who have pushed the boundaries of the medium. The exhibit is in celebration of the SGAA’s 120th anniversary and will feature works by Amir Fallah, James Jean, Narcissus Quagliata, Judith Schaechter, and more. This free exhibit opening is made possible through the generosity of M&T Bank.
Third Friday Activities:
10 AM – Museum opens, including the new exhibit: “On the Shoulders of Giants: Innovation in American Stained Glass.”
10:30 AM – Children’s Story and Music Time
11 AM – Docent Tour 1 begins
1 PM – Docent Tour 2 begins
11-2 PM – Crafts and other activities
11-2 PM – Artifact Detective program

Free parking is available at the Museum’s Pan American Building. Street parking is available for the Museum’s Resource Center.
The Museum has an accessible entrance to the right of the building and an elevator. A wheelchair is available on a first come, first served basis.
