Nathan Kelsey Hall was admitted to the bar in July, 1832, after studying and clerking in the Aurora law office of Millard Fillmore. In November, 1832, Hall and Fillmore became partners, and Fillmore was elected to Congress as the representative of the 30th district of New York.
