Death Record of Old Buffalo Settlers, 1833-1883, by Thomas Farnham

Thomas Farnham (1809-1883) kept a handwritten record of the passing of Buffalo’s earliest residents, with biographical notes. It grew to be over 600 pages long and is now in our collection. He twice published name & death date lists from of his manuscript in the Buffalo Commercial Advertiser. We used those two published lists to compile this index of the people he kept track of.
