Stay Late With Us On M&T Third Fridays!

Just in time for the return of summer, The Buffalo History Museum is bringing back evening hours and special events on M&T Third Fridays! From a special talk with the Executive Director on our new Pan-American exhibit to the return of our Party on the Portico concert series, kick off your weekends this summer by joining us at the museum.

Friday, May 20 at 6 p.m.: Pan-Am Weekend Kickoff

Join us for the return of Pan-Am Weekend and discover images of Buffalo’s Pan-American Exposition  as you’ve never seen them before. Melissa Brown, the Executive Director of The Buffalo History Museum, will give a lecture at 6 p.m. on our newest exhibit in the State Court, “To Rescue the Color: Salvaged Renderings of the Rainbow City,” which features preserved watercolor renderings of various Pan-American Exposition buildings. June 17, July 15, and August 19, 5:30-10 p.m.: Party on the Portico is back!

The Buffalo History Museum’s signature summer concert series returns in 2022! Party on the Portico takes place overlooking beautiful Mirror Lake on M&T Third Fridays, June 17, July 15, and August 19 at 5:30 p.m. This year, we’ve added to our summer entertainment for this 21 and over event as we take the party into the state court with a DJ performance from 9 to 10 p.m.!
